My husband and I had been looking for a car for some time. The cars we looked at were not in good condition. We then came upon a Lincoln Navigator from Discovery Auto Center. Living in Clermont we drove over an hour to see the car. We were running late and the dealership was closed. We made a phone call to Johnny and he agreed to stay and wait for us to get there, this I thought was very kind. When we arrived to see the truck it was in immaculate condition. We purchased the truck right then and there. Johnny was a very easy going person to deal with and the purchase was smooth and stress free. If customer service alone was being judged, this would be a lay down. 10 out of 10. But I went there for a car, and paid half of what I thought I would pay, for a car that had many of my friends jaw drop. I am writing this review a year later, and have had 0 issues with anything. My car is still working fantastically, and I still remain in contact with the owners Rob and Robby. Great experience overall, and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a luxurious car at an affordable price.

I arrived to the dealership about a Jeep I had seen online a few days prior. Unfortunately, when I arrived I found out that the vehicle had sold. Milo made some calls to assist me in locating a similar vehicle after I explained that my current lease was up and I had traveled about an hour to see the jeep. He also got me financed at a lower APR than the banks did. He took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me at my request since it was being serviced and not on the lot yet. He even kept me up to date on his day off when I inquired about financing. He actually got me a lower APR then the banks did. Everything was pressure free and simple. When I got home with the jeep I was having a hard time getting the top off and he even offered to make the 45 minute drive to my home to help me out the same day. Milo was very kind and respectful and I know he went above and beyond what he had to. I would recommend anyone going to or calling this dealership to ask for Milo - its the only time buying a vehicle that I felt like I was dealing with a genuinely good person.

After researching various SUV models for weeks in order to determine the right fit for me and my family, I set out on Saturday to test drive a few models and narrow down my search within my budget. While I knew there was a possibility of purchasing a car that day I had no expectation of it. I came in to Discovery Auto Center to see a VOLKSWAGEN TOUAREG and realized the moment I pulled in that I had set the bar high for my first test drive. It was pulled out front for me and while used, it had low mileage, was immaculately clean inside and out and clearly well maintained by the prior owner. Tim was extremely pleasant and within minutes he had me driving the vehicle while they inspected my car for a trade in value. There was no high pressure sale and they gave me a very acceptable quote on my trade in. Still, I felt I had to go back out and test drive other models just to be sure I was picking the right one. Essentially I wasted the rest of my day by looking around. No other car I found compared to the condition and price value of the car they showed me. No other sales team made me feel as welcome and comfortable as they did to ask all of the questions I needed to ask in order to finally sign the dotted lines. Tim and Jeff were patient with all of my questions and ensured that I was comfortable and confident in purchasing the vehicle. They were quick with the paperwork and persistent in helping me get a lower interest rate that would get the monthly payments within my budget. They even detailed the car again before I drove it off the lot, although I'm not sure what was left to clean. I love my new car and am still amazed at how new it actually looks and feels! Great experience with the entire team at Discovery Auto! We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We meet Johnny, he assisted us and opened as many cars as we wanted to see. We found an Bmw X5 that we liked. We had one issue with the wheels. They said no problem we will get them repaired next week. The repair was done as promised. 2009 BMW M3 Convertible

I normally don't leave reviews unless it's an extremely negative experience, keep in mind, experiences can in some ways reflect the business via the salesman/woman for whom they represent. Which brings me to write this review on Discovery Auto Center in Tampa Bay. I work for a major airline so I'm able to travel to find the best deals in the country. My research led me in Tampa. After numerous phone conversations with four dealerships, I narrowed my search down to three. I knew what I wanted so I didn't need to be sold... with that being said the experience and the negotiation was important for me, along with maximum information about the vehicle being purchased. I was met at the airport (courtesy pick up) given all information about the vehicle test drove excetera excetera. Long story short, nowadays you don't have people going above and beyond the scope of what they do. The gentleman credited for making my experience and ultimately leading in the purchase of my first M3 is Milo. Very knowledgeable and genuine... highly experienced Beyond your B level sale person... if you are shopping for vehicle make sure you talk to Milo and ask for him trust me you'll write a review after you talk to him and he breaks down everything you need to know about your purchase, vehicle, eccentric. Buying a car from an internet ad can be intimidating, but the exceptional staff at Discovery Auto Centre gave us the confidence to purchase a 2010 VW Golf in Tampa. My inquiry was answered immediately, and later even the owner responded to my after hours call. His sales person, Gary, followed up my call to ensure we had answers to all our questions. Gary's friendly, open attitude and desire to provide the best possible customer service clinched the deal. Gary provided all the information needed to make the transaction easy and personally arranged delivery of the car to Gainesville for our daughter. The car was exactly as described and impeccably clean. Discovery Auto provided exceptional service and has the integrity to make a long distance purchase possible for parents and students even in Gainesville.
